So many changes

I can't even begin to say how much my baby girl is changing and it's only been a couple weeks. She has developed quite the attitude. You take anything away she screams till you give it back then laughs. Yea we're going to be working on that one. lol. She's a stinker. Also she has begun the process of learning words. THough she doesn't know what she's saying. Her first was mama and she says this only when she cries it melts my heart. Her second is baba and she loves repeating baba over and over while she plays. It's the cutest thing ever. I have new videos and photos to post soon. :)

Maybe who's to say.....

Well after some serious thinking I've come to the conclusion some babies don't crawl. Everyone has been getting on me lately because shows no attempt at wanting to crawl. She hates tummy time she'd rather sit up which she's been doing since 4 months(she's not lacking back muscles) or stand with your help. I can't force her to crawl can I? I don't see what is the big deal some babies don't crawl till after 9 months and some skip and go straight to walking. I don't know. :/

It's crazy to think just six months ago today was the day I almost lost everything, but ended up with the most beautiful little baby girl. I never realized what other parents truly meant when they say time flies when you have a baby. Now I do and it really flies. It feels like just yesterday we we're in the NICU wishing and praying everything turns out okay to bringing Ellie home, to her first smile, her first laugh, the first time she rolled over, and the first time she sat up all by herself. My baby girl is already 6 months old. Some days I wish I could slow down time for just a bit, because soon my baby is not going to be a baby she will be a big girl. While that does make me happy I can't help but be sad I feel like I losing her to the big world already. Before to long she won't need mommy she'll be able to do everything on her own. Yes I realize that is still a long ways off but judging by how fast 6 months came and went I'm pretty sure 18 years will too. :(

We're still alive and kicking

Due to RSV, the flu, and double ear infections we've been out of commission. But we are back and determined to get our blogs back in order. Not that they really ever have but hopefully they will be now. LOL
